The front desk is very unprofessional. I provided my insurance provider and number while I was scheduling for my appt, but when I got there, they said they would still need to charge me. And I have waited for half an hour. Not sure how Dr. Feng works, but the front desk experience is very bad.

Doctor was really nice and comprehensive, but the only thing I want to complain that is the receptionist. Lacking of customer/patient service, low efficiency, sometimes having bad attitude. It's really hard to get the test results from them. Overall, if this place have a good receptionist will be much better, and efficient.
