My nails and pedicure were beautifully done, however the staff that attended me were rude as they kept talking in their language and laughing. One of them accidentally kicked my sandals and didn’t apologize nor attempt to put them back, just commented something in her language and everyone erupted in laughter. The girl doing my manicure kept making remarks and looking at me with disgust, all the while I had no idea what was being said. She actually spoke perfect English, because she made comments to me in English, stating my cuticles were very dry, without suggesting any type of treatment or advice. Not the way you treat paying customers.

Decided to come here for all the good reviews and I went in for a manicure ($20) with my brother. He also got a manicure (just a clean up, also $20). And we were walk ins, at 6 PM, they close at 7, so it was nice that they took us in last minute, I appreciate that. There were no prices anywhere, no menu to see the pricing of the services they offered. My nail tech was careful with cutting my cuticles, no nips or over cutting. But she was multitasking, so she oiled one hand and forgot the other. She was a little sloppy doing my nails, so the paint overlapped each other and she cleaned up the cuticles with acetone remover making my cuticles dry again. Lan was incredibly nice, patient and helpful with me and brought my nails back to life. I had dip powered nails previously that I tried to remove, but gave up and was on the hunt for another nail salon that would provide better service than the previous place I was going to. She provided insight on nail care maintenance and explained the different nail services for future reference. I also had a slight cut on one finger and she was very careful to work around it, especially when trying to remove the remaining dip powder on the finger nail.
