I appreciate her light and delicate touch when working on my eyes. Since the eyes are the windows to the soul, her careful and gentle approach makes me feel well taken care of--just like a facial treatment, it's an enjoyable experience for me! The quality of the eyelash materials is also excellent. Personally, I prefer softer lashes, and Ann remembers to customize the curl for me--adding more curl at the inner corners since my natural lashes there are lower, while keeping the curl normal in the center. This level of attention to detail ensures that the lash curl is adjusted based on my eye shape and lash angle, making it a truly customized and professional lash extension service.
