The spa doctor is a great place to purchase a spa! My husband and I purchased a swim spa here and not only have been thrilled with the spa but also with the service provided. From delivery to set up the crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We purchased a used spa and about a year later it needed some repairs. We contacted the spa doctor and they sent out a repair person who was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. It's nice to work with someone who isn't just interested in selling a product but continues to offer good Service after the purchase is made. Highly recommend based on our experience!
Had issues with my Jacuzzi and called Spa Doctor, being Jacuzzi left Rocklin and joined California Backyard. Couldn't get a quick appointment with Ca Backyard. Spa Dr had a quick response. The tech (Jamie) was professional, thorough and polite. Systematically diagnosed the problem and sent me an email detailing the work and cost breakdown to repair on the same day. Nice job.
