Specialized Sleep Diagnostics

I had a sleep study on Nov. 9th. It took almost 3 weeks to get any results and then they were, apparently, preliminary and, according to the PA at my sleep doctors office. Originally I gave Specialized a poor review but I have since talked with the owner who seems to be very knowledgeable and he explained the situation with my study in detail and gave me a lot of useful information. Now I think the problem with the whole system lies primarily with my sleep doctors office and the PA who reviewed things and not with Specialized. Therefore I have changed my review. Chelsey! Night technician was the best technician, and she made me feel so comfortable. She laughed with me, talked about movies with me and explained everything she was doing before she did it and after she did it. She took very good care of me and a answered all my questions and concerns even when I asked more than once because I was nervous. 10000/10 would highly recommend and please choose Chelsey, she's literally the best.

Comfortable experience. Chuck was my sleep tech and he was kind and friendly. The rooms were nice and felt comfortable And homey. It was quiet. It's just odd to sleep with wires attached but the experience was good. Would definitely recommend or use again. It was an easy experience.
