Dr Kramer and the medical professionals the office are good, patient and listen to your concerns however: the office staff recently needs room for improvement with regards to professionalism on the phone. I sincerely hope my experience is an isolated incident.

Having been a patient of Dr. K for years, it is disappointing to see how poor the reception and front office team has become. They seem to be much more interested in telling patients why they're wrong than in listening to the patients so they can fully understand the problem. When you don't feel good or have an issue in which you need to deal with them, having them talk over you, interrupt you, and have an attitude that generally does not meet the standard of basic human courtesy, much less the level of care that Dr. K and his PA provide, it's time for change.
