I love the customer service here. They really do their best to make you feel comfortable and are really kind. I have got a brazilian wax twice now and although I was scared of the pain, it was really fast and easy so the pain was very bearable. I have gone to Alana and Abby so far and they were both really gentle and fast. I love how they were careful and making sure I was okay with the pain as well.

Abby was wonderful. She talked me right through my first underarm waxing. Loved that the room was large enough to accommodate and no clutter. I already made an appointment for my face next.
