Let's start with the fact that stating publicly that I have seen a therapist for years is not exactly something that I am thrilled to do. On the other hand, Melinda is the bomb and she deserves a shout out. A friend referred me to Melinda when I was having a particularly challenging time, and I have continued to see her through both challenging and unchallenging times.
