I recently had an item I needed to return and was told I had to go into a Bluemercury location since I had ordered the product online so, in order to return/exchange the product, I had to go into a physical location. Vilma was the woman who originally helped me but she was limited in what she could do so she told me that she would have her manager contact me. I then received a call from Nancy who was nothing but helpful, in fact, in my opinion, she went above and beyond. Her customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced. Highly recommended. Conveniently located inside Macy's on the first floor. I had a wonderful experience today with Melissa who not only did a beautiful job of shaping my brows, but was also very friendly and kind. We also discussed skincare and makeup and she provided me with great recommendations and a couple of samples for my upcoming wedding :)! I also met two other members of the team who were very friendly and welcoming and should also be recognized :). I will definitely return for my next eyebrow wax, and possibly more!

Bluemercury is inside Macy's. I was looking for eyeliner and eye shadow that would not aggravate my sensitive eyes. Melissa offered her help and she was awesome. She asked me questions about my eye and skin sensitivities and she made some recommendations. I ended up with two eyeliners, brow pencil, mascara, and eyeshadow. I was very pleased with my purchases. She also recommended a skin care line (Avene) for sensitive skin. She sent me home with some samples that I tried that evening and my skin did not react to it!
