I had a whole house tent service. Afterwards we found subterranean termite evidence during remodeling and Morales returned to treat it at no extra charge. This is a great company to work with.

Recently in our heat wave I had a swarm of what I thought was termites on my back patio and just inside in my laundry room. I called Morales Exterminator and they were able to send an inspector within the week. David came and took time to thoroughly inspect my house; inside, outside, attic, and crawlspace. He spend close to 2hrs inspecting. He reassured me that it was not termites that I saw and that he found no evidence of damage and recommended no need for treatment. That was the most reassuring news for a homeowner!
