I bought a $10 bouquet from Fancy Flowers and Plants and it was great. Colors and varieties very nice. The people (two boys and their mother) were very nice and you always want to support a local business. Yes, they do have a sign for $5 bouquet (4.95 actually) but I was more interested in getting a nice bouquet for my mother and family.

This place was advertising $5 bouquets. Its 5 little flowers, not the greatest arrangement but its $5. Anyways I pay with a $20 and he gives me change for a $10. I tell him I gave him a $20. Without a beat he goes in a very poorly badly acted "oops you distracted me by talking routine ha." I imagine he tries to shortchange as much people as he can. Stay away from this place.
