This is the second time I’ve gone back. Last time the owner helped me re-paste my processor heat sinks at a very reasonable price. This time, he promptly helped a couple of elderly aunties I know fix their laptop. One needed to fly to the east coast the next morning and we only brought the laptop in today. After diagnosing the issue to be hardware, CS opened it up and discovered it was a minor technical issue that can be easily repaired, and did so without any price gouging or upselling. Highly recommend CS of what you need is something he can do. If he cannot, he will say so.
