This is for Sandra. She destroyed my hair. I trusted her as a professional, did not remind that she bleached her my hair in April. I think she just forgot and left the chemical on for too long and burned my hair. All of my bangs were destroyed and my healthy root hair that is black also destroyed. It's a horrifying result and experience. I had a perm last year with her and it was decent. I don't know what happened. I am so sad and now have to wait till my hair grows out to cut it all off. She only offered to do a hair treatment for me, but that's useless for all the extremely damaged hair.

It looks like a man's hair style. When she was done, she laughed and told the customer next to me that she shaved my hair that it has so many layers that wouldn't be able to style it myself.
