I had an older insert that was pushing smoke back into the room. They inspected and cleaned it, and now it looks like new and works so much better. Very happy with the service -- highly recommend.
Charlie and his team were great to work with. We had a fireplace insert put in. Charlie worked with us to get the right insert (wood burning only), gave us a competitive estimate and stuck to it. When the parts he ordered came in, they worked with us to get a good time and completed the installation, including a new flue and cap, in about 5 hours.
