Charlie and his technician were so friendly, professional, and skilled. I’ve very happy with the results. They were also very fast. I was so shocked. I’m very thankful for their service and hard work to even install new firebrick in our stove. Thank you so very much. I hope to see them every year or two. The peace of mind is an extra blessing.
Sadly to say we have never cleaned our dryer filter in over 10 years. The only reason we knew it had to be done was when we purchased a new washer and dryer, we noticed the dryer was taking hours to dry, called our warranty and they explained that we needed someone to clean the filter. Found the chimney sweep on yelp, and they came out the next day! Super fast and friendly! Reasonable price as well. Our dryer is working the way it should now! Would highly recommend them!
We experienced a Chimney Fire 2 days before Christmas. I contacted Charlie, the owner. I explained the situation. He said the first availability he had was Jan. 6th. He knew I was really concerned. Texted me the next day. And asked if 12/29 would work. YES! He & Austin arrived right on time, cleaned the flu. Charlie set up a ladder, and proceeded to the roof, cleared out the Chimney and used a camera to inspect the walls. He explained that there were no anomalies & that all was now well. What a breath of fresh air both of these men were. Explained everything, did the job! Highly recommend Charlie & Austin. Professional and fair price. We will use them again.
