Absolutely happy with the service. Off the bat very helpful and really kind. Had a home that is currently in escrow and was very nervous about what would be found. Happy with how he went thru everything took his time and made sure everything that needed to be documented was. If not then he explained things to me that I as a first time home buyer should look out for. He was very informative about all aspects of the home and really explained everything. If I didn't understand something he has happy to reexplain. I was able to send him text messages after the inspection and would answer right away. He really eased my worries about the findings in the home.

Derek completed my Home Inspection. He did a complete inspection from top to bottom inside and outside. He gave us a wonderful report and not mention a nice run down at the end of the inspection and any questions we had he was able to answer. Great inspection and great inspector.
I recently had a home inspection done by Derek. This guy is great, very, very, very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, very observant. He What he is doing. If you looking for a great inspector he is very, very knowledgeable and know his work.This is the guy. Would I use him again? Yes, I will, and will be referring him to others.
