I despise having to giving anyone a poor review but I had been working with Jon and Modernwater Shapes for almost 7 years and for the most part my pool and spa were relatively clean but multiple occasions yearly it would be a disaster because of their lack of care. I would normally use my tub everyday sometimes even twice, but if there was ever a problem it would take weeks or sometimes months for them to get it handled. I couldn't get them to fix my blower which never worked since they replaced my equipment 2yrs ago and asked about it regularly. Got upsold by this for about $15k of fancy equipment. Installation went ok but I noticed that only subcontractors were used. Typical bait and switch, owner came out at first but when equipment was not functioning and pool was not being maintained properly nothing but excuses. No answer to calls only texts 3 days later and in some cases never heard back after reporting problem.Service: Swimming pool equipment repair

Jon Mcclanathan/Modern Watershapes re-built our aging, out-dated. pool. On a scale of 1 to 10, we rate him and his expertise at "11." He seems to have a PhD in pool design, construction and rehab, and is a delight to work with. Pricing very, very fair. We could not be more pleased.Service: Remodeling
