My wife and I recently hired Ralph to help with our home remodeling project. We had heard plenty of contractor horror stories, so we spoke with several remodeling companies before making a decision. We recently completed our home remodeling project with First Class Roofing, and the whole experience was outstanding. We were very nervous at first about taking on such a big renovation, but Jeffrey made us feel at ease from day one. He helped us choose the right layout, guided us through custom design options, and shared smart recommendations for the flooring, finishes, and overall remodel plan that we had not even thought about. Communication was simple the entire time because he was easy to reach by text and email, which made every step much less stressful. I had an excellent experience with First Class Roofing on a full kitchen remodel and the renovation of two bathrooms in Rolling Hills Estates. The whole project was handled smoothly from the first planning steps and design ideas to the detailed installation work. They did a beautiful job with the cabinets, countertops, tile backsplashes, fixtures, and new flooring, and every part of the remodel felt carefully managed and professionally finished. Jeffrey was friendly, creative, and had a great eye for design. He shared helpful suggestions, guided us through selecting finish materials, and made the entire remodeling process much easier. The crew was respectful, skilled,… read full review
