Nik is wonderful, truly wonderful. Not only are they skillful at bodywork, but they also have incredibly thoughtful practices in place to best serve each client where they're at. At my last appointment I came in extremely heavy and sad and feeling resistant to being vulnerable. Wouldn't ya know it, upon our regular appointment check-in it all started leaking out. Nik was so kind and seamlessly guided me through a little somatic work I hadn't recognized I needed before we got to the massage. Nik is an amazing and very caring massage therapist who has helped my frozen shoulder tremendously in the past, and is now helping with my sore neck. They always ask about any symptoms or issues and then address them during the massage. Nik also gives helpful exercise suggestions and other self-care advice to help between massages. I feel the Esalen technique they use is very relaxing and very healing. I always look forward to my massages with Nik and feel very cared for and healed afterwards.
Nik is an excellent massage therapist. They made me feel at ease from the beginning. Nik is very skilled in their communication and understanding of complex musculoskeletal issues. I would highly recommend them!
