They are so nice here super professional and clean. I love how they have options for matching scrubs and lotions as well as hot rocks they use for their pedicures too. The environment is nice and all the staff are friendly. :)
I've been coming to Nail Poetry for years for mostly pedicures and the occasional manicure. I'm always treated very respectfully and given good service. I love the time they take giving the foot massage! I sometimes take my husband with me to get his feet done and he almost falls asleep he's so relaxed! I never make appointments, I just walk in. Even if they are busy, they let me sit in a chair and soak my feet while I wait. I also love that I can support a local Asian owned business.
Just went there with my kids, and it was their first time at a nail salon. The ladies were wonderful and kind. My kids got a mani/pedi and had a blast! I got a full set and a pedi- beautiful. Love my set, so sparkly and glittery. My kids want to know when we are going again. I think I created a monster?
