I have tried several hair salons, I find the this location of Great Clips (Sonia) is the best. She knows exactly what I want and I’m very happy every time she cuts my hair. She’s personable, very caring and takes time to listen to me when I speak. I like the fact that I can check in on line, and show up

Fernanda was wonderful, she provided exceptional customer service and honored my $5 coupon! She is nice, professional and very personable. She did a great job on my hair and asked me about what I needed and made sure to deliver exactly what I wanted!

We moved to California from Houston almost 7 years ago. Having grown up in the Houston area, I found and enjoyed the services of the same hair salon and the same hairdresser for decades. Because of the higher cost of nearly everything in California, the pandemic, and my fear of anyone messing up my hair, I haven't found anyone I can trust with my very thick and long hair.
