“Tony was so knowledgeable and experienced with every aspect of the service. They initially came to clean up my ducts and found out it was a bigger problem than what it seems to be. Tony sealed up all the registers and advised me what needs to be done. He could have just do the job and walk away like most of the people do nowadays, but he didn’t!Both Tony and Brett did an amazing job on my couches and dining chairs and the area rug. They look brand new.Going above and beyond to give customers the best possible service and providing accurate information is something we lack as customers from lot of services. “Today was my first time using Numer one cleaning. I called on Tuesday asking for cleaning my kitchen , I cook a lot and my stove was not keeping the heat on the correct temperature. My fire alarm has gone off several times and my entire kitchen walls , ceiling the frig.all full of grease. It was the worst I've ever seen.Cindy was able to make me an appointment two days later. I bought a new stove and its scheduled to be here on Friday. So by getting a day and time so quickly was awesome. This very nice lady was here at 9:50 the time was set for 10:00, and Cindy ask if she could be here a little early, of course I said yes. Pam introduced herself and was very friendly. I showed her the grease room and she got to work right then. I have 2 dogs and locked them in a room not to be in her way. She said she's fine with dogs and I don't need to be away. I let them out and they were fine, they really liked her. After 2 hours I took a look and I was amazed by how clean the walls and cupboards were. Then almost 3 3/4 hours she was finished and the kitchen was as beautiful as it was when we moved in 20 years ago, and it was brand new. If there were 6 stars I would of rated it a 6.the price was very fair and I do intend to call again, and I'll ask for Pam. Thank you ladies you both are fantastic“

Gustavo and Luis were super professional and wore their masks the entire time (I'm pregnant so even more important to me). They were super accommodating and went above and beyond installing a security door for us, even asking if we wanted them to reinstall our ring camera that we had taken down for them to install the door. We've worked with E&A in the past and they are extremely trustworthy folks which is so important when letting someone in your home.
