SCAM operation! I paid $84.00 to Groupon on 9/16/20 for three 60 minute Swedish massages with Mary Lantz, Body Kneads, Rohnert Park, CA. I called & e-mailed Mary Lantz at 7-8 times during the past 2 weeks to try and schedule an appointment and I have not heard anything from her (today is 10/1/20). Also, her appointment scheduling calendar is NOT working. I am going to contact Groupon and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint that this operation is a SCAM. My suggestion: Do NOT purchase a massage with Mary Lantz at Body Kneads. I found Body Kneads through Groupon. It is a one woman business located a rented room in Rohnert Park. I received a decent massage -even though it was mostly Swedish. She told me about package deals offering discounts when purchasing a few sessions in advance. I decided to purchase a package & gave her money for for a 3 massage deal. I had 1 more session with her. Since then, I have called her many, many, times, trying to schedule the remaining 2 sessions. She never answers the phone & she hasn't returned any of my calls. Teeny Tiny Space not what I was expecting right off the main road and has a parking lot . I found Mary Lantz on Groupon and set up my appointments through the Square as she has her calendar synced through them. 4 stars because the massage was amazing and she really listened to what I asked for as far as myofacial release and trigger point for key areas. I have fibromyalgia so it's important for me to get monthly massages I can afford . The instructions are online on how to find the building but it was a little tricky as there are 2 suite B's lol for Lilly lash which is suite B and then go next door it is a glass door that says suite A and B lol whoever designed that building...read full review
