Excellent service at a reasonable price. I had the misfortune to have both my main desktop and my laptop go down almost simultaneously. My primary interest was in data recovery from both hard drives. Long story short, Art got all of the data from the two drives, plus one we had been hanging on to for several years. He was also able to revive the laptop and install a new solid state hard drive. The entire cost was less than I had been quoted elsewhere for data recovery for a single drive. Highly recommended!!

We're very happy we found JR's computers! We purchased all the parts for our gaming PC and Art built it for us at an excellent price! He went out of his way to get it done the same day and we couldn't be happier with the outcome, its been about a week and there haven't been any problems, everything runs so smooth. Art is very kind and knows what he's doing and has a lot of knowledge about computers, We definitely recommend coming here for whatever questions or problems you may have!

I tried to add to my review after Art started calling me names. Mama's Boy? Lives with his Mother? Tantrums? I never complained about his price. He was fair. I never rushed him. He originally told me (with additional explanation) that it was 1.5 hours. He was referring to his rates. Then when I tried to book a date, he said 3 hours. I said since it is extra time, I can't leave my biz for 5-6 hours except on a Saturday. Somehow he takes this personally & starts calling me names. Would YOU like to be treated as he treated me?
