I am very unhappy with customer service.
I spent over $100.00 dollars yesterday at the store, when I arrived home I was missing one of the items I purchased. I thought it was accidentally not put in my bag. I called the store repeatedly to no answer.

I went to get my hair done by Lexi G.(AKA Alexis on her online appointment scheduler) I was trying to go from my natural brown hair to a summer blonde. She exceeded my expectations! She was honest and upfront that it might require more than one appointment but she ended up nailing it! I have the most beautiful summer blonde with dimension and all the things you want in a beautiful bombshell blonde. 1000/10 go see her! I’ll definitely be back to add even more blonde. I’ve found my home salon as long as she’s there!
The staff here feel/look uncomfortable. They feel restricted, like someone is overly watching how they work and it affects their customer service. I've talked with a few girls, one moment they are chatting with you about product, then the next they are looking around paranoid upper staff. They help but only in a very restricted way. They don't seem happy, and by speaking to higher up staff they got attitude. Whatever vibe is at the store it's off.
