I've been seeing Dr. Thornton now for about a year and my back issues have decreased significantly. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming and he talks you through things so that you know what's going on. I was very nervous about going to see a chiropractor and now I can't imagine going a month without an adjustment! Also Diane at the front desk is amazing- so accommodating and organized! Both Dr. Thornton and Diane are always so sweet to my kiddos when they come to appointments with me- I never feel like they're unwelcome. Thank you to both of you for all you've done for me!
When I look back at my childhood pictures, in all of them I’m either in a cast, walking boot, or wearing kt tape. I suffered with Achilles pain for 8 years of my life, and am now 17. In those 8 years I’d been to podiatrists, physical therapists, been in multiple casts, walking boots, got custom orthotics, tried using heels lifts, basically anything you could think of, and nothing seemed to help. No doctor could figure out the cause of my pain and they constantly misdiagnosed me. The only solutions they could give me were to put me in more casts, give me pain medication, or even possibly surgery. Dr. Thornton was able to find the cause of my Achilles pain, which was a result of my heel being locked, and adjusted it. All of the other doctors only looked at treating the Achilles instead of what was causing my Achilles to be inflamed. My foot pain is now gone and I can get back to the activities I love!!
