I absolutely love this clinic! Dr. Monica, Angie, Jesse, the staff are all absolutely amazing. We transferred when we had difficulty getting in to see our previous doctor. However, we have never had an issue getting an appointment quickly at Sunset Whitney. The have amazing communication, a fresh new building and very caring staff. All of the vets are compassionate and knowledgeable. We are very happy and feel well taken care of.
I am so thankful I found sunset Whitney vet. I can't say enough good things about them! I brought in my anxious 7 year old dog with an ear infection and skin infection. The nurse (either Karen or Kelly I think, sorry I'm terrible with names) was so kind and gentle and patient. She brought in a tennis ball and distracted with many treats and got down on the floor to get to know Rocco. Dr. Padilla was also kind and patient and so knowledgeable and made sure we not only understood everything but we were comfortable with any meds or treatment that was going to be needed. This was all leaps and bounds better than the last vet I went to and we will look no further. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly and I think this place is the cats meow! Won't hesitate to bring our dog or cat back and if you are looking for a vet just stop now and call them! Thank you so much to all the staff for taking such good care of my sweet dog!
Winston, 11 yrs young 8.5 lbs, met with Dr. Johnson and Tech Nurse Karen on Apr 26 for an initial check up with the intention of possibly making a change them our previous Vet. The office and rooms are immaculately clean and cared for, the environment is peaceful and the staff is engaged, attentive. Winston fell in love with both Nurse Karin and Dr. Johnson. We're home sweet home at Sunset Whitney Vet Hospital. We are in good, capable, caring hands here. In addition the rates are reasonable. Though we didn't need it, urgent care is available.
