Seriously, one of the better experiences with customer service nowadays. We popped in to pick up some parts for my dad’s sprinklers, and the gentleman working was very nice. Stopped what he was doing and took care of us. ?????

I used Site One for almost 10 years for my landscape business in Las Vegas. I have a much smaller business now here in Lincon but still go to Site One for all my landscape supplies. Scott at the Rocklin location is my go to guy. He's friendly, super knowledgeable and always helpful. Victor their lighting guru is amazing as well. Victor is very professional, helpful and knows lights, water features and outdoor surround sound better then anyone I've ever come across. Then there's Lionel a Manager at the Rancho Cordova location that is an expert un artificial turf. I was looking for a strange sprinkler part that was 20 years old. When I got there I got working. There asked me if I needed help and I said yes. I described what the part was. He nodded and said I think we have just a thing. Went in around several aisles and pulled out exactly the part I needed. I had been to every other store in town, home Depot, Lowe's etc. Even Green acres and could not find it. These guys do literally have everything.
