First off, Debra was so kind and accommodating... I am mediately felt comfortable with her and within minutes was basically telling her my life story lol... I came in for a balayage and she did exactly what I asked for... It turned out even better than I expected... We went through a complete color selection and she gave me her opinions about what I should and should not do and it was highly appreciated! The time flew by because after about 30 minutes we were basically BFFs... I of course don't know how to sit still and she was very patient with me when I would move out of position lol... Took her a while to respond but she eventually got back to. I contacted a lot of salons and instead of alerting me about availability they just wouldn't respond so I appreciate the response.
