Sam always does a great job with our carpets. We've been using him for years and he's been a pleasure to work with each time.
When we first moved into our home, we wanted a complete and thorough cleaning. Sam inspected the carpet and suggested that we actually *not* hire him that time, because the carpets were so heavily stained through that a cleaning would only partially resolve the issue. He showed us with a black light the extensive staining and explained that the cleaning would be great for pull out surface stains, but not what had already soaked into the pad.
