Just moved in to a new home more than 2 months ago.. till now, solar still has not been activated. My neighbor, who moved in less than a month ago, already had his activated. Not sure what went wrong. Reached out to the salesperson, just forwarded the email to another person and still no response. Called their office phone number and was just answered by an automated voice mail. I got no callback as well.. if you can stay away from this company, please do so..
We purchased our solar the same time we purchased our home. We sent numerous emails to the company to ask about next steps on how to get set up. It took 90 days post move in to get a tech out! Once the tech "sets up" your system, an inspector comes out to approve. From there, it takes 10-15 days to activate. It took too long to get someone from the company to chime in with an update. I'm completely unsatisfied with our experience.
