Always a pleasant experience when I visit Precision Optometry. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff employees always willing to help and make sure you are taken care of. They are also good for working with insurance companies. Would definitely make appointment before going, they can get busy. I highly recommend them! :-)

My family was pretty happy here. Until warranty was needed. I thought we all had a full 2 year warranty on all our glasses, as that's what was explained to us. Well just over a year later I wanted to get my sun glasses warrantied for a scratch on one of the lenses. I was told I did not have scratch protection. I did not sign anything declining protection in the beginning. They were not willing to talk about any reasoning, just that I would have to pay. Couldn't explain why on THIS pair only, I didn't have the warranty protection for what is needed. So I left. My family, friends, neighbors & coworkers will not be coming here. To start, this is NOT a fake positive review since it was brought up in a recent post. I've been coming here for years and get good service from all staff I've encountered including the Optometrist Dr. Brooks. Today that changed, I received stellar VIP service from the receptionist and the Optician Tech (Bryce). A lens came out of my frame and I knew all the super glue in the world was not going to fix it. I walked in this afternoon and let the receptionist know I was in a jam due to a company wide business meeting this Monday. She promised to have Bryce work me in, he was a bit jammed right after lunch but he did get to them pretty fast considering is other... read full review
