Always a pleasant experience when I visit Precision Optometry. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff employees always willing to help and make sure you are taken care of. My family was pretty happy here. Until warranty was needed. I thought we all had a full 2 year warranty on all our glasses, as that's what was explained to us. Well just over a year later I wanted to get my sun glasses warrantied for a scratch on one of the lenses. I was told I did not have scratch protection. I did not sign anything declining protection in the beginning. They were not willing to talk about any reasoning, just that I would have to pay. Couldn't explain why on THIS pair only, I didn't have the warranty protection for what is needed. So I left. My family, friends, neighbors & coworkers will not be coming here. I will spend the money to start from scratch somewhere else out of spite to not buy new lenses here that should have been under warranty.
To start, this is NOT a fake positive review since it was brought up in a recent post. I've been coming here for years and get good service from all staff I've encountered including the Optometrist Dr. Brooks. Today that changed, I received stellar VIP service from the receptionist and the Optician Tech (Bryce). A lens came out of my frame and I knew all the super glue in the world was not going to fix it.
