Jared was quick to respond and we were able to set up an appointment that worked with our schedules. He troubleshooted a defective outlet and discovered a few components that needed to be replaced. He pointed out what needed to be replaced and explained the reason for it. He also answered questions about other lighting issues and provided great advice. His services are reasonably priced, and I would recommend him for for your electrical needs. Plus my dogs enjoyed his company.
I own a 1940's bungalow in midtown Sac and called Olympus when I had a breaker that kept tripping. Jared came out quickly and replaced the breaker for a reasonable cost. He also told me what I already knew: that I was about the end of life on that panel. He wasn't pushy about it at all, so I asked for a quote to do the job and he was very competitive based on what my neighbors had received. It took SMUD a while to schedule it and Jared handled the whole thing and was communicative throughout. They did an amazing job. Can't recommend enough..
After calling a couple other electricians, I reached Olympus. They offered a competitive price and very quick scheduling.
They were out within 24 hours, installing some new wiring for a couple ceiling fans. Their team did an excellent job - exactly as I needed.
