Excellent, very thorough, timely and reliable. Spent several hours checking many details and then emailed the report directly to the county. The price was better than what I expected, although it’s an annual inspection, so eventually it’ll add up!

At my firm, ORR Design Office, Inc., we design site-specific high-end custom homes throughout the Northern California region. We often design on parcels that require on-site septic systems and associated leach fields. It is not uncommon for us to encounter poor soils that have in the past required very expensive systems to treat waste water.
