I have been going to BYM for nearly 5 years and LOVE everyone there, from the front desk girlies to the RNs to Dr. Selene herself. Most of my treatments have been with Mackenzie (though I've also had treatements with Dr. Selene and she's amazing too!). I can't say enough good things about Mackenzie. She's the BEST. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel like you’re chatting with a friend who also happens to be incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She knows her stuff, gives honest and helpful recommendations, and never makes you feel pressured to do anything - quite the opposite in fact. I have been to Be You Medical a few times in the past year and have been thoroughly impressed with the entire staff that I have encountered. Specifically, I had procedures done by Makenzie and Clare, after an initial consultation with Dr. Selene. They explained the procedures thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate the approach of keeping a natural look. In addition, Dr. Selene’s products are amazing. She provides ongoing education through her videos and newsletters. I am very pleased with Be You Medical.
Mackenzie is the best! She is always thorough and informative regarding my needs and offers suggestions to help me reach my skin goals. Her knowledge and personalized care makes me feel supported with each visit! I sent all my friends her way, too!
