I will never set foot in this place again. The sign on the window reads 'walk-ins welcome', so me and my friend decided to walk in for pedicure and manicure at 3:45. A man was sitting on the couch looking at his phone so when we came in he asked what services we wanted. I told him and he directed us to the chair for pedicure and my friend needed to wait for the manicure. He started on my ped and put the cream on my legs and my right foot. The nails had been clipped and he was moving on to the left foot when a woman walked in and when asked if she had an appointment, she said, "yes, I have a 4:00 appointment with you". My sister and I were regulars here for a few years. The staff was always super friendly and Harris always met my expectations. Amy is always super sweet and even sang happy birthday to my sister one year. 10/10 reccomend supporting

Lindsay was very nice but the nails are not good. I wanted coffin shape and some are correct and some are squared off. They are also very thick! There are also lumps in some of them. I'll have to go somewhere to get them fixed. I corrected her a few times during the service that I was not happy and this was not looking good and she tried her best to fix it but I just don't think it was in her skill set.
