While I don't usually review, or comment on, goods and services procured, I feel remiss if I don't provide this feedback to the MarkSYS management and potential customers. Especially in the service sector, client relationship cannot be overemphasized. Employees can make or break a company. PAT BREUKER is one such employee that has won me over. For opener, he professionally handled my direct mail order. He actively listened to my concern regarding the company policy (or the lack of), which does not provide an exception to fee assessment on a returned "virtual check" when the customer is not at fault. Marksys has shown a tremendous amount of excellent customer service and can beat anyone's price. Their staff is great and really dedicate and go out of their way to make their clients happy. Their quality in prints and web designing really show the time put in.. they are able to get the deadlines in when needed. No one competes with them as they will be any bid at the lowest and youd be amazed how much this company has grown since they started their own production and mail. I recommend this company because they will give you what you need if you have a business that needs great marketing and getting their names out there for a great deal!!
