They got everything off my MAC that hasn't worked in years, onto a hard drive! I was so afraid of losing my pictures and videos of my babies. They even took a look at another old computer & we determined it didn't need to be backed up so there was no charge, they recycled both devices for me. They got this done in just a few hours so I could run errands locally & not have to come back out to Rocklin. Really appreciate their expertise and was so grateful for their speedy & honest work!
