After several surgeries and injuries, my body was just not the same. I would be in constant tightness and pain and my body had compensated and adapted to the pain of a compromised structure. I am so thankful for the healers here. Rihannon, Heidi, Lorainne, Cara and Jonathan were my clinical massage therapists. I can not thank you all enough and I hope for additional sessions to get that relief that I seek.
After months of massage therapy, I enter my eighties confident that I can maintain good health with proper nutrition and mobility with reduced stress. So necessary during these times. Thank you.
Great location and great place. All staff was very friendly. Clean and welcoming environment but the music was too loud for my liking.
