The only reason this place is getting 1 star is because some of the stylists here are kind and were kind to us when we went in to find out what happened with all our cancellations from the the stylist we booked with . We were lied to 4 times and cancelled on 4 times by the stylist named Bella Emery. Do not book with her, as she does not tell the truth to her clients. Her excuse for cancelling was that the water wasn’t working at the salon, while she bad mouthed all the stylist and the owner at the same time in her texts, making it seem like she was never informed of the water situation and it wasn’t her fault. I was going to a hair stylist I loved for 15+ years but then saw Marissas work on blondes and knew I had to try her!!! I am obsessed with her "lived in" look for blondes.. she's my new stylist and I recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist that has a new and fresh take on hair. She stays up to date with new styles, technique and continuous education! Definitely give Marissa a try, you'll be so happy you did!

I moved to the area and desperately needed a root touch up. I was referred to Marissa and crossed my fingers it would work out. Little did I know, I would find the kindest human and a hair magician in Marissa. She takes the time to really know you and your hair, educate you on how to care for it and get the most from your style. I have never loved my hair more and have gained so much confidence from learning how to properly care for my curly hair when I want to wear it curly, and how to get smooth and sleek blowouts when I want that too. Just do yourself a favor and book your appointment.
