The lady that took my appointment was very sweet and quoted a starting price over the phone, final quote based on how bad the carpets are with pet stains etc. super friendly and nice.
Our actual carpet cleaner was amazingly friendly and super efficient. Let me know exactly the steps needed to clean the carpets and furniture, also let me know about pet stains etc treatments that they will be using.

Matt did an amazing job. The travertine floor and carpet look brand new again! He is just wonderful and works so hard to make sure everything looks beautiful. We highly recommend him and Zerorez!
good service tech, but had some equipment issues that got him off on the wrong foot. I recommend that all service techs make sure that they have the equipment on the truck and it all works before they leave the shop every morning. Other equipment should be cleaned. equipment should be cleaned weekly before they bring them into customers homes such as wheels on portables, housing, buckets, etc.
