I would highly recommend using Zerorez for any carpet cleaning service. It was incredibly easy to setup an appointment, and the customer service over the phone was great. They provided regular communication to confirm the appointment and arrival time of their technician. Their technician, Jack F. was on time, very communicative, very thorough with this work, professional, easy going, and non disruptive while I worked from home. Overall, I was impressed by their customer service, service provided, and their pricing was a lot better than other quotes I received from their competitors, with no hidden or unexpected charges. I have used this company for business needs but this was the first time using personally.
Scheduling was easy with a clear understanding of costs before I committed, and then the tech, Jeff, showed up exactly when I scheduled.
My carpet is old and I had no expectation how clean they would get, but I am incredibly happy with the service!
I highly recommend Zeroez 🤗

The technician arrived in a timely fashion was extremely confident and did a very thorough job. He also gave instructions of how to not go on the carpet after it was clean until it was dry and left shoe covers to use until the carpet was fully dry. I was exceptionally pleased, and as a matter of fact, I had the same experience with this technician and number of years ago, the experience overall was excellent and I would highly recommend zero Rez to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned
