The tech was polite. He did a good job. However there was a musty swamp smell that took about 8 hours to go away after burning scented candles and running central air. I suggest using something with a fragrances soap!
Brandon did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets which had lots of pet stains (we have old cats who often throw up after eating). He also performed tile and grout cleaning in one of our bathrooms - with excellent results. I have used Zerorez several times in the past, and highly recommend their service. Kudos to Brandon for his friendly attitude and hard work!!
