The technician arrived in a timely fashion was extremely confident and did a very thorough job. He also gave instructions of how to not go on the carpet after it was clean until it was dry and left shoe covers to use until the carpet was fully dry. I was exceptionally pleased, and as a matter of fact, I had the same experience with this technician and number of years ago, the experience overall was excellent and I would highly recommend zero Rez to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned
