I have been bringing my pets here for several years and have always had good experiences. All of the healthcare workers and veterinarians are kind and respectful of what my pets and myself are going through. I always feel safe when leaving my pets in their care.
Easy to make appointment. Kind and compassionate vet and he made sure Phoebe was comfortable and he didn’t try to upsell her treatment. Prices are pretty good and the techs and the Receptionists are very nice and efficient, The only negative is I always feel like I have to wait quite a while for my cat to be seen but this last time was a tiny bit better; but then again I also appreciate that if you have an emergency they will get you in fast.
I was traveling through the area and needed to have my dog’s stitches removed after an emergency procedure done elsewhere. I called expecting to wait several days, but an opening happened to become available and they welcomed us in almost immediately.
From reception to the veterinarian, everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, and caring. The doctor was genuinely affectionate with Orion, took the time to make him comfortable, and the staff spoiled him with treats. The whole visit was quick and professional, and the cost was only $20.
