Providing five stars to a company that responded very quickly to our emergency hot water heater replacement. When I called, the person answering the telephone provided quite a bit of information, was very courteous and scheduled us quickly. The next day, Marcus texted us to provide an ETA, arrived at the scheduled time and provided excellent customer service. The new water heater was installed quickly and works well. Highly recommend!

I was asking just for a quote, which affordable. Installer had my forty gallon tank ready to install. Great job and ready to work. Installer answered all my questions. Educated on every part of the water heater.

A next day appointmtent like I wanted was available, and Alexis arrived as scheduled to start work. He ensured it was wasn't a gas problem or isolated pipe problem causing the lack of hot water. He was able to replace the tank, along with recommendations becuase it is an older house (older pipes). So far so good with hot water and no leaks.
