I’ve been going to Vivacious Beauty with Michele for over 20 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else. Every facial is completely personalized to my skin and what it needs at that moment. Michele truly understands skin and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. Beyond the amazing results, the experience itself is so much fun. I genuinely love spending time with her—it feels like hanging out with a girlfriend rather than just an appointment. I’ve gotten eyelash lifts and a facial with Michele. She is great at her work. She’s really friendly and professional. She will make sure you like your eyelashes before you leave. The ambiance is relaxing and it feels like you’re at a spa. The service is never rushed. There is a lot of parking behind the building.
