Dr. Rasner is a great Optometrist and I highly recommend her, however, we had switched to another provider due to her inexperienced staff that runs the front office. It is a shame we had to switch but "The Customer Always Comes First". Her front office staff should be taught that. I highly recommend Visionaire Optometry Spa in Woodcrest with Dr. Sana Shakili. Great attentive staff and Physician
I had taken my son who has autism here, let me tell you, the staff and Dr. Are the BEST!!! They were so patient and kind to us. She was 100% honest with me and also gentle with my son! Made me so grateful. I would 1,000% recommend.
Dr. Rasner is the best. I have been going to her for years and she always takes the time to explain everything. The staff are great, many of them have worked with Dr. Rasner for years, very helpful. I think she is the best Optomotrist in Southern California.
