Rosalind is THE best! Her attention to detail with my color last week was phenomenal. The placement of my highlights are exactly what I want to help with gray blending. Rosalind really listened to my concerns and paid close attention to the damage I had from previous coloring, she worked carefully to maintain the integrity of my hair with the best lightening tools and products. Not only is she fantastic at her job, she is so much fun to hang with. I wish I could give more than 5 stars !

So so so happy I decided to come to urban hair lounge. I am always really anxious about getting my hair done especially lightening services but Victoria did a great job and was very welcoming and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted before starting and the end result was perfect. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Victoria.
