Tiphanie is an amazing Christian Woman, talented Artist and has an infectious personality. Her hospitality is very warm and loving. She did my permanent brows and touch up. I had very little brows and what I had was very blonde. Tiphanie did a phenomenal job and makes sure you can wake up every morning with that drawing before she touches you with a needle.
