We really appreciate the thoughtfulness that was extended to our family. From the first contact to the last, the staff was helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns. Most of the paperwork was handled via email and over the phone, which made it very convenient and easy, without having to commute. We are especially grateful to Kathy, for her and advice.
The entire staff was very helpful and listened to our requests. They handled all the details and paperwork making a difficult task bearable. They were not pushy and we feel the cost of Moms funeral was very reasonable. We have had previous family members funerals with Thomas Miller and they never disappoint.
As a first time user of the mortuary, Thomas Miller stood out after calling 10 local mortuaries. The staffs was very professional, kind and handled everything with great details. I highly recommend this mortuary.
